If there is nothing to tell a screen reader about a hyperlink, F123 Access will quietly go and take a look at where the link would take the user to, and looks in that destination for a possible label.   Usually the link will go to another web-page which has some identifying title, and that can be used to label the link.

This process may slow down the browser, although we believe not since it is done in the background, after the rest of the page is loaded.
